"I have called this new regime my COVID PLAN to never get the virus"

Before pandemic, I attended 3-4 sessions a week which were hard to attend because of work (with two jobs) and to say I was pushed is an understatement. Since we have been home, I have made a conscious effort to try and go 6 times a week. It has truly been life changing! If not not the workouts Kris has planned, it’s the amazing warm-ups. The stretching and WOD really gets my day going. I have called this new regime my COVID PLAN to never get the virus and to keep moving and energize. With vitamins and cooking at home, my lifestyle has changed for the better. These workouts are far from easy and it’s exciting to see who else has scored on the whiteboard. Some mornings are tough and to run alone (200m/400m) on “run” days has its moments – lol! It’s amazing that Kris has spent so much time working on these adapted plans to push us to the next level! Thank you Kris from the bottom of my heart as you have completely changed my life!
