Program Details & Description

This program is designed for adults 65+ who want to maintain strength, balance, and mobility to live life on their own terms. Whether it's walking the dog, getting up and down with the grandkids, carrying groceries, or staying steady on uneven ground, our program will help you build the confidence and ability to keep doing what you love—safely and independently. Rooted in the CrossFit methodology, every session is tailored to your needs and focused on helping you move better, feel stronger, and stay sharp.
