I am Kris, Owner of Warrior's Path CrossFit. As a CF-L3 Coach and NBC-HWC, I am passionate about guiding individuals to optimal health with the CrossFit methodology and sustainable habits that support sound nutrition.

CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life - pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting. We proudly have clients ranging from ages 13 – 78. Many success stories have come out of their willingness to learn and try new things.
