1)200 Meter Run

w/ Med Ball or a Plate

2) 50 Meter sled pull

50 Meter sled push

3) 10 weighted back extensions

10 weighted GHD sit ups

4) 5 Tire Flips
Begin at any station.

Work through them all in order 3x each.

Complete either alone or share work with a partner.
