WOD 22 – To End Veteran Suicide (AMRAP – Reps)

Work As Far As Possible in a 22 Min Time Clock:

At Minute 22 into the WOD we will all stop and take a moment of silence for those who have died in this battle

At Minute 23:00 together we run 222 Meters

22 Shuttle Sprints (22′)

22 Push Ups

22 Air Squats

22 Box Jumps (24/20)

22 Kettlebell swings (53/35)

22 Wallballs (20/14) target 10/9

22 Burpees

22 Med Ball Cleans

22 Sit ups

22 Alt Dumbbell Ground to Overhead (50/35)

22 Back Stepping Lunges (50/35)

22 Jump Rope (Double Unders)

22 Alt Plank Row (40/25)

22 Devils Press (40/25)

22 Deadlifts (75/55)

22 Power Cleans (75/55)

22 Push Press (75/55)

22 Push Jerk (75/55)

22 Power Snatch (75/55)

22 Overhead Squats (75/55)

22 Pull Ups
GPP = athletes will be finished after completion of 222 meter run

Scaled = athletes will be finished after the completion of 222 meter run

Rx = athlete can choose to continue after the 222 meter run , however – if unable to complete barbell movements as prescribed, athlete must use a dumbbell for remaining movements

RX + = continue after the 222 meter run to complete all movements as prescribed
