Gymnastic Ring Skills/Drills (Choice)
6 Rounds:
Work 2:30 – Rest 1:00
Choose ONLY ONE of the Below Movements
1. 1 Strict Ring Muscle-up
2. 3 Kipping Ring Muscle-ups
3. 3 Jumping Muscle Ups + turn out hands to 10/2
4. 4 Muscle Ups Transitions (low rings)
5. 5 Strict Ring Dips + 3 sec hold at top
6. 6 Banded Ring Dips w/ turn out hands to 10/2
Upon copmpletion of choice above, with any remaining time in 2:30, switch between the following movements (in any order)
(Must perform each movement atleast once)
1. Seated Box Jumps
2. Candlesticks
3. Tri-pod – Tuck – Headstand
4. Skin the Cat
