If you would have told me six months ago this class would make me enjoy working out, I would’ve have thought you were crazy. I have never enjoyed working out. I hate getting sweaty. I don’t always have the most positive things to say about my body. But this class, these women, this coach has really changed all of that. I look forward to working out. The sweat is a good thing. I’m constantly getting stronger and pushing myself in ways I didn’t think I could. I can see muscles appearing and parts of my body are getting toned. I took a picture after class this week- sweaty and exhausted but I actually had positive thoughts when I looked at the picture. I picked out positive parts of my body- not the negative ones. My goal was to just get moving- do something healthy for myself, maybe gain some energy, perhaps lose a few pounds, socialize a little- but this class, this class has done SO much more for me! I invite you to join us, I promise you won’t regret it.
